Create signs that encourage pleasant conversation on public transport. Label them as from ‘Department of Public Health & Well Being’. Field test and iterate.

This morning, I wrote the haiku version:
With you on the bus
We are you and you are us
Be brave, talk to us
Brilliant! I’ve always wished people felt more comfortable chatting with strangers on the bus.
