I saw something very similar to this! The image was projected onto very thin sheets of cloth that had parts of them blocked and you could walk between the sheets to see different parts of the complete image, or look through the entire image projected back in space.
That sounds incredible – it’s a totally immersive experience. I’d love to find who made that.
